Score: Won

Report: Isaac played well and had a great last quarter making several interceptions and consistently put pressure on the shooters when playing GK. James read the game well, shot well and consistently worked hard. James also held his player well whilst playing GS, but was not always utilised or an ineffective pass was used. Magnus showed great footwork and control, however I didn’t feel he had a chance to show his full potential but he did work hard.

Team: U14s Rugby v Ballards

Score: Lost

Man Of the Match: James

Report: In cold wet conditions Ballard quickly took the initiative through some aggressive direct running and made full advantage of their physical presence. However, after an initial slow start Boundary Oak began to structure attacks through Charlie and galloping runs from James. Hard tackling from both sides and slippery conditions ensured a lot of handling errors, but there were some stunning runs notably from Miguel and a memorable team effort resulting in Connor scoring a try in the corner.

Ben was outstanding in defence leading the line up every time, enabling us to dominate in defence and attack.
