‘Outstanding’ in all areas: Boundary Oak School’s latest report
Following a recent moderation by Hampshire, which are required every four years, Boundary Oak School are delighted to be able to share that our Early Years department has been rated Outstanding in all areas!
Head of Early Years Caroline Phillips, who oversees Pre-School and Reception years, said:
The moderator was very impressed with the department and graded it outstanding in all areas. It verified that the overwhelming majority of children (86%) have achieved a good level of development with over half exceeding in a number of areas. The report states that the experienced and innovative Early Years lead has linked the school’s focus on ‘growth mindset’ to the development of an outdoor curriculum that encompasses a range of open ended opportunities and problem solving scenarios.
A huge well done to all involved – a very well deserved grading!
