Boundary Oak pupil competes in National Schools Biathlon

Year 5 pupil George L is a keen runner and sports school and is no stranger to sporting events. George spent Sunday March 20th representing Boundary Oak School at the National Schools Biathlon Championships. Here is George’s pupil success story…

On Sunday March 20th we headed to Crystal Palace for the National Schools Biathlon Championships. Not only did George come a fantastic 29th overall out of 116 competitors in the U11 age group, but he also smashed his personal best in both the swim and the run!

George swam the 50m freestyle long course in 37.84 seconds and ran the 800m in 2:50.40. George is really pleased with his results. Well done George! Team Boundary Oak are all very proud of you.
